Biography

QI/Service Improvement passionate, being a supporter of continuous learning and improving at every opportunity.

Working with staff, patients and families to help improve services and provide a high standard to ensure their experience when accessing healthcare services is positive.

A supporter of Co-designing and engagement/involvement with service users.

QSIR Faculty member and Champion of QI for Croydon University Hospital, working with QI Leads, Learning and Development team to deliver CQI training and activities to embed a culture of continuous improvement across the Trust.

Supporting staff across all teams and at all levels with QIP's including training on Life QI portal, rapid improvement workshops, and a collaborator providing guidance and information with bids for funding opportunities.

Previous experience with Patient Experience Teams, Complaints and Pals; dedicated  supporter of learning from mistakes or poor experiences as a way to design and develop services.

4 years experience with NHS (Acute Services and Mental Health) and 24 years experience within Social Housing Sector.
