I am a Neuro Physiotherapist by background. In 2018/19 I worked as a Clinical Leadership fellow as part of Health Education England's Future Leaders programme and this ignited my interest and involvement in quality improvement. I have recently started in a dedicated quality role across a range of professional groups including AHPs, Clinical Psychology, Chaplaincy and rehabilitation services. I am passionate about embedding quality improvement in every day clinical and non-clinical work across services. I have recently completed a Masters in Transforming Professional Practice which included key concepts and theories of quality improvement and leadership.
