BRAVE NEW WORK PART 1 REFLECTIONS:
Hello everyone, hope you are enjoying the summer. How’s reading going? It’s been slow for me but I finally got through part 1. I quite like the history of how our management process/structures are in place. It provides some context into “how did we become like this”. And then it ends with status quo bias and I…Read more

    • Hi Allison. Thank you so much for suggesting this book. It hadn’t been on my radar before. I found the connections between Taylorism, Gantt charts seem to reflect my experience of many change efforts over the last 20 years or so. I’m…Read more

Once we are finished we can meet-up via Zoom to discuss overall reflections? We can aim to have…Read more

I’m very excited to start reading Brave New Work. Hopefully still applicable in the post-covid world. Let’s aim to have Part 1 read by July 8.
