How is anyone else getting on with Brave New Work? I’ve got a new team starting to work together over the next couple of weeks and I’ve got excited about a number of ideas relating to purpose, authority, meetings and membership from this book. Some in the team will be surprised….wish me luck!

Have to admit, I’ve not been able to keep up with reading it due to other commitments but am about to go on leave for 2 weeks and taking it with me. Will be very interesting to hear your experiences of trying out a few of the book’s concepts with your new team – best of luck!

So…I’ve now had a go at trying out some of the ideas in Brave New Work. I’m very excited to start reading Brave New Work. Hopefully still applicable in the post-covid world. Let’s aim to have Part 1 read by July 8.
