Really interested to hear what purpose statements are used to define improvement networks within your organisations if anyone willing to share? Many thanks 🙂

You have sparked my curiosity also, as often we talk of mission statement and perhaps don’t make our purpose statement as explicit
”A Purpose Statement is an explanation of the company’s motivations and reasons for being, and why it works the way it does. A Mission Statement is a definition of the company’s business, who it serves, what it does, its objectives, and its approach to reaching those objectives.”
