@juliawood and the Improving Joy In Work SIG is hosting a lunch time conversation with @vardeep-deogan from the Start Well, End Well project on Fri Feb 23rd at 12-1pm.

Start Well, End Well is a framework for team wellbeing developed in the early stages of Covid-19. Come to hear the story, and learnings, of the project and have a practical discussion on how to foster team connection, compassion and psychological safety.
