An opportunity to talk with others about the pros and cons, and ins and outs, of using network mapping tools like Kumu to map the people/organisations involved in improvement in your Integrated Care System (ICS).

This is an open discussion for people looking into the possibility of mapping individuals, and organisations, involved in improvement in their ICS, or other system – as well as those who have undertaken this before.

Can visualising this improvement network make the connections, and silos, more visible, in a way that can help uncover ways to make improvement more effective, release untapped resources, identify hidden bridgers etc?

Participants will include Kumu/Graph Commons expert Drew Mackie, who can answer participant questions about the capabilities of these maps etc.
