Hi all – I’m doing a benchmarking activity in anticipation of designing our in-house practitioner level training. I currently can benchmark against the courses in the organisations I’ve previously worked, have met with the lovely Karleen at CLCH and am hopefully meeting with Rob at NHS Elect. Is anyone free over the coming days/week to share how you deliver your practitioner level training. Some of the questions we want to answer are:

-Optimum programme length
-Delivery approach and structure
-The absolute ‘must haves’ in terms of content / materials (from a delivery & learner perspective)
-Assessment/pass criteria – what works, what doesn’t?
