Hi all.
As some of you know we as Q members have designed the “Quality Coach Development Programme” over the last few years. This is a free-to-use training programme to support the development of QI coaching capacity and capability in healthcare providers.
We have co-designed all the materials for the programme and tested them over a series of pilots. Materials include slides, workbook, guide, activities etc around a clear programme structure. The idea is that providers adopt the programme at no cost and deliver it with adaptations to suit their local content.

I’ll showcase this with some of the co-designers in one of the workshops in the SIG in the next few months. We have our first session this friday so please join if you can 🙂

Don’t worry if you can’t make it or make all of it. This session is about exploring what challenges are most pressing for us re QI coaching. Based on the insights, we will then run a few different sessions this year working through these together. Some showcasing, some workshops etc.
This is very exciting, I am in the process of reviewing our whole training programme to staff along with our tiny team and this approach echoes some of the things we have all agreed on. Thanks Sid (and team)
