    Hi SIG members, 

    May I ask if anyone have come across the application of impact vs preparedness matrix developed by Royal Academy of Engineering? If yes, would you mind sharing examples of its application? The widely used probability based risk assessment may not be appropriate in some circumstances and this tool, explained on p34, seems to be able to address some of the shortfalls using probability approach,  if you are interested to find out more the original paper is here:  https://nepc.raeng.org.uk/media/g31bttwt/raeng-building-resilience.pdf

    I would love to hear if you have different risk assessment methods or tools to help better risk assessment of organisational preparedness / vulnerability.
