Hello everyone. Thank you for welcoming me to your group. I’m wondering if anyone in this group has experience of trying to tackle significant and lengthy waiting lists for children with disabilities, which is impacting on both assessments and services. The core issue has been acknowledged as a severe deficit in staffing levels with numerous and costly unsuccessful recruitment campaigns for OTs, SaLTs, Physios and other clinicians. Is anyone aware of creative or innovative ways to work with this issue?
