Biography
Quality Improvement Advisor for the Health Service Executive (HSE) with the National Quality Improvement Team. As part of that role working with the National Medication Safety Programme (Safermeds) to improve the safe use of medicines, and the HSE QI connections strategic programme. Significant interest in cultures of person-centredness and people engagement. Previously employed as Lead for Suicide Prevention; Lead Healthcare Auditor; and Rehabilitation Integration Manager. Trained and qualified as a Psychotherapist. Specialised in Addiction Studies at Trinity College Dublin, and also completed an MSc in Healthcare Management at the Royal College of Surgeons, Dublin.
