I’ve added an diagram that illustrates some of the topics covered in the two webinars. I’d be very interested on your comments regarding its content. I’m planning a more universal interpretation of this diagram and to that end it would be good if some members of this SIG could join me in an on-line chat to discuss this idea.   How do you get big innovated ideas implemented if standards are based on yesterdays values and knowledge. Surely we need less compliance and more positive variation.
