Hey everyone! I was talking to @andreamcguinness about cultural change in the health sector, particularly about emotional intelligence and wellbeing — and we reckoned that there’s probably a lot going on within Q, and within SIGs, that we haven’t even heard about.

Exploring the SIGs and conversations around Q these past few months, I could see the appetite for this kind of change and direction. I thought it would be interesting to bring here to the Reimagination oriented Qs!
What actions or projects could you point out to us? Is there anything really shifting the work culture around you?

We’re trying to find some good resources and we’ll share the stories as soon as we get some critical mass 🙂
