Hi all – our 3rd Liberating Structures meet-up was a lot of fun: around 60 of us tried TRIZ, 15% Solutions – along with some Impromptu Networking.

How did you find it?

Great to have a new facilitator join in, @marycatemaclennan (who kept very quiet that her Barts Shielding project using Liberating Structures has been shortlisted for a ‘Nursing Times’ award).
I was mostly behind the scenes wrangling the tech so only spoke to relatively few people – yet still the things i heard people say were amazing and inspiring. For example:
– One person said they don’t usually speak much in meetings, but this LS session helped them feel brave enough to really speak, and they even took the the lead in a breakout
– Another said that TRIZ/15% Solutions is such a great string that he plans to use it with a CCG in a fortnight.
– Someone else commented that seeing Zoom rooms in action with Liberating Structures had really ‘changed my world’ – compared to her usual experience with Microsoft Teams.
