Welcome Carolyn

Thank you Lou I am interested to improve my skills in delivery virtual training particularly in my field of practice development and innovation. My role is working in partnership with HEIs, providers and commissioner organisations to find the more innovative ways of making meaningful sustainable changes in health care systems and care delivery at micro- meso- and macro- level through practice development as a methodology. I am working with an International Institute for Practice Transformation who are global and always looking at ways to improve and develop our virtual learning capacity and capability in collaboration with colleagues.
