Hi Everyone! Was accepted into Q on Friday. This was the first group I wanted to join! Looking forward to making new connections and working together to demonstrate the value and impact of AHPs in health and social care.

Interested to know why Q and now for you? It’s been a long overdue ‘to do’ list action for me.
I am keen to engage with wider AHPs and to find out more about how AHPs are growing and using QI skills within role and those stepping out into wider QI roles. Not sure if we are actaully getting better at demonstrating impact/value and it’s just not being widely shared or whether we are still working on ways to measure our impact in meaningful ways

Yes – has been on my to-do list for a while too! However, was spurred into action after attending a regional event organised by our CRN / AHSN to promote Q in the North East and North Cumbria. Have been in my Consultant AHP role for almost two years now – keen to promote a culture of continuous QI across 4 pillars of my role at local, regional and national level. Also interested in links between research and QI – particularly in relation to practical implementation / longer term sustainability. Would be good to chat to you further sometime and find out more about the excellent work you are doing!
