Hello, I am a physio working in the Emergency Care Intensive Support Team (ECIST) as a therapy lead. I came into this role after a couple of years working on Developing People Improving Care framework. I helped with the development of the measurement for Improvement board programme with Sam Riley AKA ‘#plotthedots’ lady and led on the Building capability and capacity for improvement in the NHS document.

I love measurement for improvement and fascinated in how we build QI Capability. Looking forward to connecting with everyone.
