Throughout 2022-23, we hosted a series of webinars that explored the potential of quality management systems (QMS) within health and social care.  The series explored the concept, theoretical foundation and examples of QMS in healthcare and how they may connect with existing systems – quality assurance, governance, improvement, digital systems and clinical audits.

The recordings of the webinar series, below, offer a practical overview to QMS in health and care. We heard from speakers with a range of experience and insight to help you better understand how to develop and implement a successful QMS in your setting.

To support your ongoing learning in this area, take a look at all our resources and materials on QMS.

In this session we explored the stages of organisational maturity and how this can help you establish where to start with quality management.

“Putting the man on the moon” – aligning everyone to strategy

‘Work as done vs work as imagined’ – making quality management a daily reality
