Yes, absolutely. The finding came out of an initial analysis of our waiting list groups. We also performed a logistic regression on our priority 3 wait group to look at predictors for becoming a long waiter (>52 weeks wait) and found that men were more likely to become long waiters than women - we are looking to establish some user insight groups to understand why this is the case & identify changes we can make to reduce this.
