Find out more about Q Exchange, our pilot funding programme.

During 2018 we piloted Q Exchange, our new funding programme. Q Exchange offered Q members the chance to develop ideas and submit bids for up to £30,000 of support funding. These ideas were refined, developed and strengthened with the collective help of the Q community.

From the initial 181 project ideas, we received an impressive 139 formal applications, which the selection panel whittled down to 25. These 25 shortlisted project teams pitched their ideas to Q members at the UK-wide community event in September 2018.

Each member chose their favourite five projects and once the 1200 votes were counted the 15 winning projects were announced.

The winning projects are now setting up their projects and over the next 12 months (or between October 2018 and September 2019?) they will be implementing their ideas. We’ve asked each project to feedback to the community throughout the duration of their project delivery – so watch out for updates on Twitter, Q-municate and on the website. You can still contribute your thoughts and feedback by visiting their project pages.
