This is the original tool from Source4networks and a slide set I devised to use in virtual meetings. It needs adapting for patient and public involvement – an improvement we intend to do in the next few months.

Would also be great to take you up on the idea of offering an online session to discuss the tool as another resource for Network Weavers to use for assessing Networks.
