Thankyou for sharing this graphic and making this SIG Sonia. This is a great graphic – as with many I love your ability to synthesise concepts and make it simple in a picture. The conditions you describe here fit very much with the ethos of our flow coaching academy coaches. It has got me thinking what methods are members of this group using to put this into practise to grow improvement in your organisations?
