I'm an improvement manager with the emergency care improvement support team (ECIST). In my role I work with health and social care systems, supporting them to adopt known good practice in a consistent and accessible way in order to improve urgent and emergency care for patients. My clinical background is in nursing, and I have also managed at an operational level in acute hospital, community and mental health settings. I'm passionate about improvement and change, and value the delivery of safe, high quality and compassionate care.
