The journey for my husband (Parkinson's, Vascular Dementia and other conditions) and I was complicated and not very joined up. I felt like the glue. So here I am with lots of opportunities to see if I can influence current practice to see if it can be better joined up. So I can usually be found among my brilliant colleagues, asking "How will this affect the patient journey?? - I guess the only question I am qualified to ask!
