I am an Evaluation & Insights Manager at UCLPartners with experience across NHS, academia and innovation. I graduated from the NHS Scientist Training Programme in Ophthalmic & Vision Science in 2016 and then did a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at UCL Institute of Ophthalmology, using the blood vessels of the eye as a window to the brain in multiple sclerosis, identifying and validating new biomarkers for clinical trials. After my PhD, I worked as an Analyst and Innovation Advisor at Imperial College Health Partners utilising my research skills and clinical experience to improve spread and adoption of innovation across North West London. Now at UCLPartners, I combine these skills in the delivery of evaluation across North East London, North Central London and Mid and South Essex.
