Just a reminder that this Wednesday the 12th (at noon) we’ll have another energising Peer Assist call. Come meet your future work collaborators and together let’s unravel the challenges of staff wellbeing in Health & Care, sharing what we know and learning what we don’t.
Hope to see you there 🙂

Future of the Staff wellbeing SIG
I am mindful there are several SIGs which touch on wellbeing of the workforce. If members are connected to these other SIGs as well as other SIGs of interest, then the volume of emails from SIG updates can be quite a lot, including the emails we receive as a result of the day job!
I wonder about the future of…Read more

Hey Hilda 🙂 as part of the Convener Team, I’ve seen the Staff Wellbeing SIG deliver some of the best value Q has seen these past 2 years. But alas, I’m also interested in the opinions of other members.
Especially members who collaborated with the SIG before: @juliawood @suzanneturner @simon-gill @maureen-alice-flynn @roisin-ryan-egenton @vikkient…Read more

Hello, I have found that this SIG has provided me with some of the best ideas, resources and links from any of my other sources. Other groups I follow, (not…Read more

I am so pleased you have found this to be a safe space to learn and share and that the materials have been useful for those you work with. I love the idea of the staff talking about the need to ‘coorie down’ that really makes me smile.
My intention in making the post was to see if there was still a need and if people feel there is value…Read more

Hi Hilda
I think there are some similarities with other SIGs but I also think they each offer something slightly different, so I would suggest that there is still a need for this space if you are happy to continue.

I agree. I haven’t been that active recently but keep an eye on this SIG especially!

Hi Simon
Thanks for that. I recognise people have so much on and that sometimes even helpful information can be information overload! Its finding the balance. I think feedback suggests the value of keeping this space for now. Hoping all is well
