Thank you everyone who came to the peer assist session today. Some helpful reflections to share:
(1) Creating a safe unstructured space for staff to meet and let what matters to them emerge has value. Always labelling these spaces with a theme may not always be helpful. Sometimes people just need to share in a safe space.
