Health services researcher supporting improvement teams (in the ihub) at Healthcare Improvement Scotland. Varied career thus far starting out in inspection and regulation both in occupational health and safety (including patient safety), and then in healthcare safety and quality standards (for NHS England), evaluation (mainly of government initiatives), and latterly moving into public health research (and also back home to Scotland!).
