I am a passionate improver with just over 5 years experience of working in predominantly mental health settings. I have been the regional QI for IAPT for the South East and completed various assignments on the Community Mental Health Transformation. I love data and excel (I have spreadsheet socks to prove it). I have worked for NHSEI, NHS Sussex and now in Surrey Heartlands looking at QI for the Multi-Professional Improvement and Engagement Team.
