Hi colleagues, we are currently developing our in-house competency framework for our Quality Academy, particularly for QMS competencies for CQI and clinical audit teams. Has anyone done this similar piece of work that you could share please? Happy to collaborate and share my draft work too.

Found it. It’s included in the ‘Documents’ to this SIG from the last time I posted about it. It started life as a QI Maturity Matrix (unfinished) from a Q Exchange project , I think (2018), to which I had an input. I’ve modified it a bit and called it a QMatrix.
