After 17 years in the Automotive & Industrial manufacturing supply chain, I joined Simpler Consulting (since 2016 part of IBM Watson Health), who back in 2002 pioneered the Lean Healthcare Revolution with ThedaCare, USA and subsequently introduced Lean to NHS (Bolton, 2005). Since 2021, I have been with Changeway - a company that has developed a Continuous Improvement Management software platform to help organisations succeed with Lean programmes from Strategy Deployment (Quality Planning) through Step-Change Improvement (Quality Improvement) and Daily Management (Quality Control).
