Hi All, Is anyone using a digital VTE assessment form +/- embedded risk calculator to assess their acute adult in-patient population? Looking to redesign within our Trust and would be grateful for any pointers or advice. Thanks

My colleague thinks HEE have provided resources for digital inclusion for specific groups, eg: care homes, although doesn’t have a link but may be worth investigating.

Readability
Respondent burden depends on brevity and readability. Brevity is easy to measure – just count the words. Readability is more nuanced.
