I've spent 19 years working with the health and local government sector with a focus on helping organisations and individuals learn, develop and improvement. Started my career in local government before joining a consultancy. My work as an organisational development consultant ranges from coaching and developing teams and individuals, to helping organisations think about how they solve a particular issue, change their culture or embed new behaviours.
Particularly interested in system change, developing great integrated working and bottom up change (meaning both service users and frontline employees).
