I am passionate about embedding a culture of continuous improvement. In my role, I deliver on all levels of QI training and support operational and clinical teams by facilitating improvements within their service through effective use of QI methodology and tools.

In previous roles, I have had experience of utilising evidence based practice to support the health and wellbeing of children, young people and families. delivering workforce development, education alongside project managing integration of services and service transformation projects.
