I have been involved in improvement projects across many different industries from health care to confectionery, and seen the positive impact of involving those working on the front line in developing and implementing improvement ideas. Sharing improvement ideas and getting input from a wide range of people is a fantastic way to develop robust solutions to the many challenges facing us in healthcare.
