Heidi Douglas is a Consultant in Public Health in NHS Tayside. Heidi is currently Chair of the Scottish Cervical Screening Programme Board and is a member of the Adult Reference Group which provides advice to the UK National Screening Committee on adult screening programmes.
Heidi completed her public health training in the North East of England, where she was an External Quality Assurance Chair for National Screening Programmes.
Heidi has extensive experience of using design led processes to improve patient pathways, experiences and outcomes, with a particular focus on addressing health inequalities.
