Quality Improvement Advisor in ABCi (Aneurin Bevan Continuous Improvement) for Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB) since October 2018. Worked for ABUHB since 2011 within Mental Health & Learning Disability, delivering and supporting change across Health & Social Care. Prior to this has experience in several of the Local Authorities within Social Care and Housing.

Currently supporting the Health Board develop its Quality Improvement capability, being primarily responsible for helping develop skills and specialist QI training (utilising virtual alternatives for delivery), including coaching individuals and teams through complex problem-solving. Qualified Improvement Advisor through IHI, wave 60.

Looking to further develop my skill base within the quality improvement sphere, with current interests around Enjoyment in Work, SusQI, Data for Improvement and creating a practical QI network within the Health Board.
