I am a Research Fellow based in the Health Services Research Unit at the University of Aberdeen.

I joined the University in October 2019 to do my PhD which investigated how online patient feedback was used for Quality Improvement in NHS Scotland. I have since been awarded a fellowship, which allows me to write papers, and explore opportunities for future research from the PhD findings.

Before joining the University, I previously worked in the NHS around the areas of Public Involvement, and Research and Development.
