Biography
Charlotte is an NIHR clinical lecturer and rheumatology specialty trainee. Her PhD in Business and Management was in the field of knowledge mobilisation, focussing on the development of toolkits and similar products, which aim to get research into practice. Her work focuses on optimising patient care through quality improvement (QI), the implementation of healthcare research in practice, and relationships with patients as partners. She convenes the British Society for Rheumatology (BSR) QI SIG, and founded and directs the BSR Practical QI Methodology Workshop.
