I started my nurse training in 1984 at Redhill Hospital Surrey. I have worked in many areas in several roles which I have really enjoyed, always trying to make a difference to improve the care we delivery to our patients and the health and well being of our staff.

My role now as a senior improvement manager allows me to work alongside individuals and teams, supporting and coaching them to achieve the improvements they have identified which will have a positive impact on patient outcomes and experience.
