Biography

After many years working with healthcare teams to improve quality and safety, I'm now a PhD student at the University of Leeds, funded by the NIHR through the Yorkshire and Humber Patient Safety Research Collaboration. I'm focusing on safety management systems and how we might better understand their function in other safety-critical industries in order to improve healthcare safety
