With a background in service delivery, scrutiny and improvement in both heath and social care, I am interesting in prototyping innovative practice for a range of social care needs across Scotland. I support the design and delivery of QI capacity building within social care broadly and manage a team that provides proactive and reactive support to providers and partnership.
