    Hello!

    Q Cymru – Could you help me with my MSc research interviews?

    My MSc research project looks at what improvement practitioners think of a whole systems approach (WSA) and systems thinking, by asking questions about an experience. These will take just over an hour at a time to suit you. 

    Please direct message (DM) me if you can. I will send you an information sheet and consent form to sign if you agree to take part. 

    To take part, you must meet these criteria: –

    • hold a role within service improvement, be a manager and/or clinical member of staff with a special interest in service improvement within Wales
    • hold a service improvement qualification from a recognised body
       have at least two years’ experience in your role.
    • Be at least 18 years old and speak fluent English
    • Have an experience to tell regarding a whole system approach.

    There are a wide range of descriptions of WSA across healthcare, with many of them serving different purposes, which means there are no right or wrong answers.

    Everything is treated in the strictest confidence, data will be anonymised.

    Participants will have the first opportunity to see the findings after it is marked.

      Thanks to everyone who has reached out and booked an interview slot.

      I still have a few final slots to fill, so if anyone can help out , it would be greatly appreciated.

      The interviews have been fascinating so far with a couple of participants saying they valued the questions and how it helped them reflect on their experience.

      I am really excited to see what comes out in the final analysis.
