Hi Everyone, My name is Martin and I am a Lead Professional Nurse advocate. My role is to essential strategically implement and Imbed the role of the Professional Nurse advocate ( PNA ) within my organisation.

I am inventing and marrying up my passion for HWB and QI.

Some of the ways I am achieving this is;

1) Itchy feet clinics, a QI project providing pyscholigcally safe spaces for colleagues to be supported and nurtured. Allowing staff to express any itchy feet they are having. Itchy feet of running away or being itchy for change. The post evaluation data from these sessions have been a joy to see how allowing people space to bring their most authentic experience at work. The QI project has been so successful we have roled this in other areas.
