Hi,

we’ve submitted an idea for the Q Exchange too. It’s about establishing a ‘learning network’ or CoP around a person or family unit experiencing palliative and end-of-life care in the community. The title of the project is:

‘Get by with a little help from your friends.’   

We’d really appreciate your feedback or a ‘like’ if you have time.  If you have ever heard or said the words, “let me know if there’s anything I can do” that hasn’t materialised into practical help (I know I have) – you’ll know what we’re trying to achieve.  You can comment using the link below.
