      Thanks Hilda

      I’ll be taking over as the Lead NED for my Trust on staff wellbeing from April, so will be interested to see what’s going on in this group. I’ll be reflecting on what we can do at Board level to support our staff, and what questions I can be asking to delve into the reports we receive.
