Welcome to the nurturing and weaving networks SIG. This is a members space so always interested in ideas of what people would like to see here or share.

At the moment we are focusing on sharing the new tools and resources to help support networks and our roles within networks https://www.cope-scotland.org/wellbeing-tips/entry/new-suite-of-resources

There are some sessions being planned to look at applying some of the tools and resources in practice as well as exploring a specific opportunity for people interested in using co consulting as a way to share and learn with peers around addressing issues we may find within our networks and how the tools may help as well as other ideas and experiences we have and want to share.

At a time when people have more to do than they will ever have the time to do it, networking is a way where we can help each other move closer to changes which work for people receiving services and those who deliver them. However, networks need to be nurtured as do the network members, there are some great examples of where this is happening and this SIG also offers space for people to share that. The tools and resources are just that, a suite of tools and resources which may be helpful for people already experienced in networking. I know I learned a lot of things I wasn’t aware of before…… and am still learning 🙂
