    • Struggling to find a link for current meeting

      • Hi Paul, sorry you hit a snag. I think you got in for a little bit of it. It was an interesting and wide-ranging discussion.

I find @thomasjohnrose‘s challenges interesting. For example Tom said: “You can’t improve Quality at the coalface you’ve got to improve the quality of the design and delivery system’, or something like that. Though I think someone then commented that that created too much of a false dichotomy….

Basically everyone has to register for Zooms like this, and gets e-mailed their own Zoom link to use. We also send a reminder the day before.

There’s another Zoom in the series in July: https://q.health.org.uk/event/philosophy-and-ethics-discussion-group-3/ – hope you can join us.

      • Oh, and – of course, hours later! – I remember the stat I really wanted to share during the Zoom: if 96% of NHS funding is on illness and only 3.7% is on prevention, the NHS will surely always be overwhelmed.

Doesn’t really matter what kind of outcomes measures are used, whether its qualitative of quantitative etc….
