Interesting project Seema. I guess with measures it’s about considering what outcome, process and balance measures you want to give you a breadth of information.

There are some interesting measures you could capture – such as timespan analysis (is there any correlation between date appointment letter was sent before the DNA), was it in a format appropriate to the needs of the individual (e.g language), have you considered using another group to engage with different communities? Using community groups to engage direct may result in different feedback compared to an NHS employee or branded survey. In patients who did DNA, did they then get a diagnosis with greater progression of a disease which could have been treated earlier.
