    Hello everyone – does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for a platform that can collate all the live QI projects across a system? Nothing complicated, we don’t need the details of the project, just a directory of projects, the organisations running them and a contact name. Ideally easy to update and easy to share! All suggestions are welcome. Thanks

      Hi Sarah,

      We use LIFEQI which was designed for that purpose. It will only work for organisations that have a license however.

      Hi Sarah,

      If there is an NHS provider who can ownership from a governance point of view you could set up a FutureNHS site. https://future.nhs.uk

      I set a platform up a few years ago and found it quite simple to use. You can do the things you list as well as host files, provide a forum and so on.

      Morning Sarah, you could explore Trello, Slack, or Asana – the layout of Trello is easy to navigate and it’s simple to update and share. The free version is good and you can give the level of permissions you wish – hope that helps – Tom

      @andrea-gibbons was giving this a look a couple of months ago – any conclusions, Andrea?

      I see the FutureNHS website was already mentioned too. It’s not as practical and indexed as I’d like, but it has a lot of data/input, and that makes me think it’s probably the best fit at this moment.
